Role Summary 職位概要

• You will oversee operations at our manufacturing plants. 
• 您將負責監督我們成衣工廠的運營。
• This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage all production activities at our manufacturing plants. 
• 領導並管理我們成衣工廠的所有生產活動。
• Ensure efficient production planning, material delivery, and preparation. 
• 確保高效的生產計劃、物料交付和準備工作。
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with international standards. 
• 監控產品品質並確保符合國際標準。
• Drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement in production efficiency. 
• 推動準時交付並持續提升生產效率。
• Introduce new technologies and methods to enhance productivity. 
• 引入新技術和方法以提高生產力。
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, administration, and supply chain. 
• 與包括跟單、行政和供應鏈在內的跨部門團隊合作。
• Identify training needs and implement development programs for factory staff. 
• 識別培訓需求並為工廠員工實施發展計劃。
• Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets. 
• 監督並激勵生產團隊以達成績效目標。
• Report directly to the Group Assistant General Manager (Group AGM). 
• 直接向集團助理總經理（Group AGM）匯報。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Tertiary education. 
• 大專或以上學歷。
• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing. 
• 至少10年成衣製造經驗。
• At least 5 years in a managerial role within sizable garment factories. 
• 在大型成衣工廠擔任管理職位不少於5年。
• Strong knowledge of garment production techniques and workflows. 
• 熟悉服裝生產技術和流程。
• Experience in cotton knit garments preferred. 
• 有棉質針織服裝經驗者優先。
• Familiarity with compliance and quality standards. 
• 熟悉合規要求和品質標準。
• Prior experience in offshore garment factories is a plus. 
• 有海外成衣工廠經驗者更佳。
• Good command of Chinese and English. 
• 良好的中文及英文。
