• As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on talent to support our store expansion, renewal, relocation, and renovation projects across Hong Kong and overseas markets.

Role Mission

• You will play a key role in supporting the brand’s retail network growth by managing leasing coordination, store development projects, and commercial analysis. 
• This role requires a strong business sense, practical execution skills, and the ability to work closely with landlords, agents, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful store expansion and optimization.

• You will be involved in end-to-end leasing coordination, feasibility analysis, project follow-up, and market research, helping the business make informed decisions and deliver high-quality retail locations.

Job Description

• Act as the day-to-day contact for landlords and leasing agents, handling correspondence, meetings, and follow-ups to support store expansion, renewals, and renovations.
• Coordinate new store openings, relocations, renovations, and store upgrade projects.
• Support preparation of project timelines, cost control reports, and progress updates.
• Liaise with landlords and external parties on submissions, approvals, handover schedules, and tenancy-related project matters.
• Assist in rental analysis, profitability assessment, and feasibility studies for new stores, renewals, relocations, and store optimization projects.
• Prepare presentations, business cases, and analysis materials for local management and global stakeholders.
• Track key milestones, identify potential risks early, and proactively resolve issues with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and rental trends to identify store network development opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and applications to improve the speed and quality of data analysis, reporting, and coordination work.
• Handle ad hoc projects and analysis assigned by management.

Ideal Candidates

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in leasing coordination, business development, store development, or project coordination, preferably in retail, fashion, or property-related industries.
• Commercially minded with strong interest in retail leasing and store network expansion.
• Proactive, smart, and able to think out of the box with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence in working with numbers, figures, and commercial data.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, business writing, Excel, and AI applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
