ROLE MISSION :
- To support the Accounting Manager and ensure smooth daily accounting operations, accurate financial records, and efficient office administration for the Hong Kong trading hub.
- This role plays an important part in maintaining strong accounting control, supporting month-end and audit processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of a stable, well-structured multinational business.
ROLE SUMMARY :
- Report to Accounting Manager; work in a 4-member accounting team with routine accounting role and support office admin.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Handle daily accounting: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expenses, ledger maintenance.
- Support month-end/audit prep, tax filings, reports.
- Support office admin: filing, vendor liaison, office supplies...etc
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years accounting experience preferably in trading/manufacturing/buying offices/regional offices.
- Excel/accounting software proficient;
- English/Chinese skills.
- Detail-oriented team player.
