The Hong Kong regional team supports regional and international business operations, while the Yuen Long plant plays a critical role in production, quality control, and compliance management within a high-security, high-value manufacturing environment.

ROLE MISSION

To safeguard the company’s assets, people, facilities, and operations by establishing and maintaining a robust loss prevention and physical security framework.
The role ensures operational resilience, compliance, and risk mitigation through strategic oversight of security operations, manned guarding, investigations, and business continuity initiatives.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will lead and enhance security operations across the Yuen Long manufacturing site, managing a team of 7–8 subordinates.
The successful candidate will drive a proactive security culture, manage high-value movement controls, oversee guard force performance, and ensure seamless coordination of occupational health, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all security operations across designated protection zones within the facility.
Oversee controls for high-value material movements, including tracking, documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures.
Conduct and support investigations, internal audits, and comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Manage and optimize guard force performance, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Establish and enforce effective opening, closing, and silent-hours security procedures.
Coordinate security aspects of occupational health, fire safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and HR teams, as well as external security partners and law enforcement agencies.
Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure operational resilience.
Prepare and present regular security reports, incident summaries, and KPIs to senior management.
Occasional travel to Mainland China for visiting other group offices or plants may be required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possesses substantial experience in commercial loss prevention, physical security management, or related disciplines within a high-value, industrial, or regulated environment.
Experience in banks, luxury goods, luxury auction houses, or multinational security companies is highly preferred.
Prior experience in high-value manufacturing, luxury items, or similar operations is highly desirable.
Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and incident-management capabilities.
Exhibits sound judgement, unwavering integrity, and excellent communication skills.
Able to work closely with internal operations teams and external security partners in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
