ROLE MISSION

To lead and strengthen our overall quality management system across new product introduction (NPI) and mass production, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality metal and plastic components for global customers.
This role will drive quality standards, resolve complex quality issues, and collaborate with key stakeholders to uphold our reputation for excellence in precision manufacturing.

ROLE SUMMARY

This is a senior quality leadership role based at our Dongguan factory, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, Engineering & Quality.
You will oversee end-to-end quality control for metal stamping, plastic molding, and related processes, from NPI through mass production.
The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to support quality initiatives and alignment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and assure whole-process quality for new product introduction and manufacturing, including metal stamping and plastic molding processes.
Review production reports and conduct non-scheduled inspections to identify and address quality issues.
Identify problems during product development and manufacturing, and lead corrective and preventive improvements.
Conduct benchmarking and market reviews to drive continuous improvement in quality standards.
Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (internal departments, suppliers, and customers) when production quality issues arise.
Handle customer complaints appropriately, including establishing improvement measures for internal standards and preparing customer complaint response reports.
Perform risk management to foresee potential quality issues in NPI and mass production stages.
Lead or support ad-hoc quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support ISO and other quality management system requirements and audits.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Degree holder or above in Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Around 10 years or above of experience in quality control and mechanical engineering, with substantial experience in a quality management role.
Strong analytical, data-driven, and pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
Good knowledge of quality tools and ISO systems; Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Experience in high-volume metal and plastic manufacturing for international clients is a strong advantage.
Background in AI server, data center, automotive, or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable.
