ROLE MISSION

To support the Marketing Manager in driving customer engagement, quotation management, and project coordination, ensuring excellent service delivery and strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
This role plays a key part in connecting customers with our manufacturing capabilities and contributing to business growth.

ROLE SUMMARY

This is an entry-to-mid-level marketing and customer coordination role within a fast-growing international manufacturing group.
You will assist in quotation preparation, customer relationship management, project follow-up, and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and the Dongguan plant.
Some trips to Dongguan are required to support production planning and customer projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks and preparing budget proposals based on factory records, customer requirements, and current conditions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Provide customer service and support to prospective customers.
Coordinate with customers in relation to product enquiries and project requirements.
Follow up on projects and work directly with the plant on production planning and commitment.
Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Support marketing and customer-related administrative tasks as needed.
Occasional trips to Dongguan factory as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, customer service, or project coordination. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
IANG visa holders are welcome to apply.
Solid experience in the manufacturing field and project management is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS applications, preferably including Excel (Macro), SQL, and VBA, is a plus.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
