Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities :

Sales Plan Implementation

•  Develop and implement the annual sales business plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives
• Build relationships with clients to capitalize on all business opportunities
• Identify key opinion leaders and work with sales team to ensure development of strong business relationships
• Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations
• Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns
• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/areas
• Support the company in the development of the Sales Activity Plan

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 2-3 years' corporate sales experience with proven track record
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills
• Innovative, with an analytical mind
• A good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
