Contract Staff, Operations (1-year Contract)

We are currently seeking a contract role to join our Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks on the trade, settlement and clearing for wide range of non-listed products (bonds; ELI & ELN) and mutual funds

• Handle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, etc

• Prepare operational documents like procedures, guidelines, etc

• Perform control tasks to secure the reliability of day-to-day output

• Work with unit managers and team lead to incorporate business and regulatory requirements to design process flow and procedures to deliver the support in an efficient and effective manner

• Assist in other operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements

• Degree holder

• With 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of market practice, market operations, regulations in wide range of non-listed products and mutual funds handling

• Independent, enthusiastic, accountable, logical and systematic thinking

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access

• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Contract period: 1-year
