Fund Management – Operations & Portfolio Analytics (Ref: 01040-FMOPA-CP)

Join our Fund Management team in a broad role spanning fund operations, portfolio analytics, product management, and strategic initiatives. You will support both SFC-authorized public funds and private investment products, while gaining hands-on exposure across the fund management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations: trade processing, reconciliations, cash flow, pricing, and NAV oversight

• Maintain governance and compliance controls across public and private funds

• Assist in fund product management, including preparing marketing materials, conducting research, and supporting training for distribution channels and internal stakeholders.

• Produce analytics including performance attribution, risk monitoring, and exposure analysis

• Prepare committee materials and support cross‑team communication

• Contribute to new product launches, regulatory initiatives, and process enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Eligibility to be licensed for SFC Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities is preferred; qualification in the HKSI Licensing Examination (Paper 1) is an advantage.

• Strong interest in asset management, investment funds, and financial markets.

• High accuracy, analytical capability, and strong communication skills

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in Powerpoint, and Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg, VBA, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
