工程師Assistant Engineer / Engineer Assistant / Draftsman (MVAC) / Site Assistant

❶ Assistant Engineer / Engineer Assistant

1. Higher Diploma or above in Building Service/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
2. Working experience in construction site and MVAC project

Main Duties : 

• Assist Project Manager in overall project operations, coordination and handover.
• Prepare technical submission, project coordination, design calculation, site supervision, sub-contractor monitoring.
• Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement.

❷ Draftsman (MVAC)

1. Certificate / Diploma in CAD draftsmanship
2. Proficiency in using AutoCAD
3. At least 2 years working experience in Building Service industry and construction site

Main Duties : 

• Providing support on creating, amending and maintaining CAD design & drafting, tender drawings.
• Backup and support project teams for preparation of working drawing.
• Assist in day to day engineering related work and documentation.

❸ Site Assistant

1. Form 5 or above; graduates in Construction, Building Studies, or Engineering disciplines are preferred but not mandatory.
2. 0 - 2 years of experience in construction sites (Fresh graduates are welcome).
3. Holder of a valid Green Card (Mandatory).

Main Duties : 

• Coordinate and communicate with sub-contractors, workers, and suppliers on-site
• Working experience in construction site
