Lecturer - MiMEP (Part-time)

Duties include:

1. to develop, update, and deliver MiMEP training programmes, including training materials, practical exercises, and assessments;

2. to conduct classroom, workshop, site-based, and practical training in accordance with approved syllabuses and schedules;

3. to monitor trainees' attendance, learning progress, performance, discipline, and safety awareness, and maintain related records;

4. to manage training materials, tools, equipment, workshops, and facilities to support effective programme delivery;

5. to ensure all training activities comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, HKIC procedures, and occupational safety requirements, and report any incidents or hazards;

6. to support programme planning, quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives, industry engagement, student recruitment, graduate employment activities, and other duties assigned by management; and

7. to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.
