Responsibilities:
Analyze shopfront display performance across key channels (visibility, share of shelf, POP effectiveness, and compliance with brand guidelines) and provide clear recommendations to improve sell-out.
Design and simulate promoter “game plans” (shop coverage, time allocation, focus models, and product push priorities) to maximize in-store impact and productivity.
Track and evaluate promoter spending effectiveness, including ROI of promoter headcount, incentives, and special activation programs, and propose optimization plans.
Build dashboards and regular reports on display execution, promoter performance, and shopfront KPIs for Sales and Brand Marketing teams.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into measurable retail execution and promoter tactics.
Partner with the Sales team to review shop-level results, identify gaps in display or promoter coverage, and follow up with concrete corrective actions.
Conduct regular store visits to validate data, observe shopper behavior, and gather frontline feedback from salesmen and promoters.
Provide insights on competitor in-store activities, shopper responses to promotions, and changes in retailer requirements, feeding into GTM and trade marketing planning.
Support planning of trade promotions, promoter incentive schemes, and shopfront standards based on data-driven analysis and post‑campaign reviews.
Requirements:
Diploma or above, with strong experience in trade marketing, retail execution, sales operations, or merchandising within consumer electronics or related industries.
Solid hands-on exposure to shopfront execution (displays, POP, promotions) combined with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with sales, display, and promoter data to draw insights and make practical recommendations.
Good understanding of retail operations and promoter management, including how in-store behavior influences sell-out.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, dashboards, and presentation of findings.
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and reporting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and frontline teams.
Candidates with more extensive experience and a proven record in trade/shopfront analytics and promoter effectiveness may be considered for Assistant Manager.
