Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organising, and implementing alumni programmes and activities of large scales to strengthen the relationship between alumni and the alma mater within Hong Kong or the Greater Bay Area
- Plan and coordinate alumni volunteer service activities across Hong Kong
- Support efforts to enhance the alumni giving programme by developing innovative initiatives to expand and retain alumni support
- Develop alumni publications, social media content, and webpages
- Maintain and update the alumni database
- Collaborate closely with various alumni associations and provide relevant administrative support
- Assist with general administrative duties within the Office
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A recognised degree with at least 3 years’ work experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong organisational, communication, and event management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, versatile, and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with webpage management and design is preferred
- Previous experience in organising alumni/membership events and marketing activities, and knowledge of publication production and design software will be definite advantages
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
