Logistics Project Coordinator (2-year contract)

We are looking for the high caliber candidate to fill the above captioned position:

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager with project scheduling and meeting coordination

• Track project tasks, meet deadlines and deliverable

• Prepare and update project documents, data sorting, reports and status trackers

• Communicate with internal teams and external providers as when necessary

• Follow up action plan and help resolve basic project issues

• Support project manger with admin and coordination work

Requirement:

• University graduate with any discipline

• 1 – 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support

• Work experience in warehouse and logistics operation is preferred

• Good understanding of project management processes

• Quick response, detail oriented with can work under fast-pace environment

• Good interpersonal and communication skill and to be a good team player

• Proficiency in using MS office and AI tools

• Immediately available is preferred
