ROLE MISSION

• You will support the planning, promotion and market development of our products for global markets. 

• You will help understand user needs, develop product support materials and promote new models to schools, educational institutions, bookstores, retailers and professional users worldwide.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Work in our Global Product Team and support the global development and promotion of our products.

• Work closely with a team of 8 members and support product planning and marketing activities for global markets. 

• Develop training materials, tutorials and product demonstrations, promote new models through school visits, association activities and marketing events, and gather user feedback to support product improvement and customised solutions.

• Support product planning and marketing activities for global markets.

• Develop training materials, tutorials and product demonstrations to help users understand product functions.

• Promote new models through school visits, association activities, bookstores, educational retailers, online platforms and marketing campaigns.

• Attend mathematics, education and technology-related events to understand global market trends and user needs.

• Collect user feedback from schools, teachers, students, bookstores, retailers and professional users worldwide.

• Work with internal teams to support product planning, promotion and customer engagement activities.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.

• New graduates with a strong interest in this role are welcome to apply.

• Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics and scientific calculation functions.

• Hands-on experience with scientific or technical equipment is highly preferred.

• Experience in training, customer support or troubleshooting product functions is a plus.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Willing to travel for business trips when required.
