Customer Service / Call Centre Officers

Job Duties :

• Provide professional customer service for the healthcare industry;

• Handle hotline enquiries and outbound calls effectively;

• Enhance customer relationships and promote company products effectively.
  

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above;

• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry;

• Extensive network with clients in the healthcare industry;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality;

• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin;

• Familiar with PC applications and Chinese Word Processing.
