Assistant Business Process Analyst 助理業務流程分析主任

The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Assist in developing and implementing AI and process intelligence solutions

• Conduct research on AI and related technologies on the latest market trends

• Assist in the design and development of modern business and system solutions that incorporating AI and automation tools

• Assist business analysis, user requirement collection and stakeholders to develop business process flow

• Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for business processes

• Support in project duties, team operations, analysis assignment and routine administrative work

• Handle enquiries from different units and follow-up with relevant parties
  
  

The Person

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• Degree holder in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline

• Proficient and passionate in using AI tools for problem solving is preferred

• Knowledge and experience in using RPA, BI and analytics tools is an advantage

• Attend to details and able to work independently on multiple tasks

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Fresh graduates are welcome
