We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate frequent health checks and safety inspections at worksites, with interactive communication and discussion with frontline staff
• Consolidate improvement actions for regular review to enhance safety performance
• Provide support and organise on-site safety communication sessions to reinforce the Corporate’s Safety First culture
• Assist in investigating occupational accident / incidents, provide reports and advise on prevention of recurrence and analyse accident trends, compile occupational accident statistics and produce reports
• Assist in planning, arranging, and organizing safety promotion activities and training within the department to enhance safety awareness and interest of site staff 

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering / Safety Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in major Civil / Permanent Way / Power Distribution / E&M works, of which 1 year should be in safety field
• Knowledge of safety management is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms 
• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
