Sales Officer II (Ref No.: 260000XY)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end High Speed Rail (HSR) group tour booking and ticketing operations for travel agents, institutions and business partners

• Serve as the primary contact point for HSR Group Desk, handling agent enquiries, ticketing support and daily operational coordination

• Liaise with Mainland Railway counterparts and relevant stakeholders on seat allocation, special booking requests and ticketing arrangements

• Administer invoicing, payment settlement and related sales support functions to ensure accurate and timely financial processing

• Provide operational and administrative support for Airport Express (AEL) sales channels, including ticketing arrangements, sales reporting, settlement processes and partner enquiries

• Prepare sales reports, analyse business performance and provide operational insights to support management decision-making

• Support the implementation of sales campaigns, trade initiatives and business development activities to drive both HSR and AEL patronage and revenue growth

• Perform other sales support, reporting and administrative duties as assigned
   

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Tourism / Marketing or a related discipline 

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or transportation industry

• Self-motivated, good analytical and negotiation skills, and sound business acumen to drive revenue

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including  Putonghua and Simplified Chinese) 

• Holder of a valid travel document for Chinese Mainland is an advantage
