Officer (Agency Business - Licensing) - Insurance co

Responsibilities:

• Agent Registration & Licensing: Manage onboarding and licensing processes for new agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Train agencies to use the OA system for efficient hiring and on-boarding.

• Ensure compliance with licensing by preparing and submitting necessary documents.

• Track recruitment metrics to find areas for improvement.

• Keep accurate records and provide regular recruitment reports to management.

• Work with the compliance team to meet regulatory standards and create internal guidelines.

• Assist recruitment team on event management

• Build strong relationships with agencies, offering ongoing support and addressing on-boarding questions.

 Requirements:

• University / College graduates with 1 years’ relevant working experience

• Experience in supporting insurance agency is preferred

• Mature, patient and meticulous to details

• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent and able to meet tight deadlines

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
