Operational Risk Manager
Job Description
Monitor and manage the operational risk of business
Develop, review and implement operational risk management policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company practices
Identify the risk and analyze the risk profile, prepare reports for senior management review
Implement operational risk reporting system and maintain database
Responsible for business risk management and internal operation control
Perform the work related to credit risk management
Requirements
Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law or related disciplines
Possess CFA / FRM or relevant qualifications preferred
Minimum 5 years or above experience in operational risk management in banking / financial institution
Good understanding of financial business operations, products and services
Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and practices related to operational risk management in banking / financial institutions
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Independent, detail minded and willing to work under pressure
