We are looking for the following resident site staff for HKU Capital Development Complex at the Pokfield Road Site. 

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR FOR INTERIOR FITTING OUT WORKS

(Contract Period: Until March 2028) 

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator for interior fitting out works to drive quality control and technical coordination on site. Key responsibilities for the Technical Coordinator include (but not limited to) assisting the Architect and Technical Manager in reviewing all fit out shop drawings and materials submitted by the contractors; coordinating with all relevant contractors to resolve interface details on site; performing daily site supervision to monitor progress, quality and compliance with approved designs, etc. 

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Technical Coordinator shall be as follows:  

a) 5 years’ relevant experience in interior design and site coordination with contractors for high-end fitting out works for shopping mall/ hotel/ clubhouse or similar projects. 

b) Relevant certificate on interior fitting out issued by academic institutes such as Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent qualifications. 

c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. 

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.] 

Tentative employment for the above positions is to commence in August/September 2026 with gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the employment contract.

駐地盤室内装修工程技術統籌員

我們現正招聘一位室內裝修工程技術統籌員，負責工地的品質控制及技術協調工作。技術統籌員的主要職責包括（但不限於）協助建築師及技術經理審查所有由承建商提交的裝修圖紙及材料；協調所有相關承建商以解決現場介面細節；進行日常工地監督以監察進度、施工質量及是否符合已批核的設計等。 

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格:

• 具備 5 年或以上室內設計及工地協調實務經驗，曾深度參與高端裝修項目如大型商場、酒店、會所、等同類項目。
• 持有由學術機構（如香港理工學院／香港理工大學／香港工業學院／香港工業學院／香港專業教育學院/等）頒發的相關室內裝修證書或同等學歷。
• 須在香港中學會考(會考) 或香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)在英文運用及中文運用取得2級* 或以上成績以符合有關職位的語文能力要求，或同等學歷。

[*備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 中取獲 E 級成績，會視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲2 級成績。] 

僱傭合約暫定由二零二六年八／九月開始，合約期滿後按表現可獲約滿酬金。
