PACKAGING COORDINATOR - Europe Buying office & trading consumer electronic product (Mongkok/5 days work)

Job Description

• Handle packaging layout, label proofing, and manual proofreading for assigned projects.

• Liaise with merchandising and QA/QC teams, factories in China, and artwork agencies.

• Collect, check, and verify data provided by factories.

• Act as the main contact point for assigned projects between vendors, overseas headquarters, and artwork companies.

• Manage design files, die-cuts, and visual layouts for products sold in worldwide supermarkets.

• Follow up closely to make sure all project details are correct and on schedule.

Ideal Candidate

• Form 6 or above.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; studies in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related disciplines is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Strong project management skills with a careful and detail-oriented mindset.

• Good communication skills, well-organized, considerate, independent, and self-motivated.

• Able to work under pressure and meet production and delivery schedules.
