PERMANENT PART TIME HALF DAY Telesales / Customer Servicce 長期半日制兼職 Mon to Fri (1) 9am-1pm OR (2) 2:30pm-6:30pm (2 Vacancies) – North Point MTR

COMPANY OVERVIEW :

• We are a professional recruitment services and headhunting firm with a small, friendly office in Hong Kong.

• To support our business growth, we are now inviting motivated and committed talent to join us as Half-day Telesales / Customer Service.

ROLE SUMMARY :

• Title: Half-day Telesales (AM or PM)

• Employment type: Permanent part-time

• Location: North Point (1-minute walk from MTR)

• Working days: Monday to Friday

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary 

TIME OPTIONS (2 VACANCIES) :

• AM: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm

• PM: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to existing and potential corporate clients (B2B).

• Introduce our recruitment and headhunting services in a professional, polite, and customer-focused manner.

• Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients over the phone.

• Handle basic enquiries and provide quality customer service support.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Tertiary educated.

• At least 1 year of office-based work experience.

• Experience in telesales, customer service, sales, or sales support is an advantage.

• Experience in handling corporate clients (B2B) is a plus.

• Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner.

• Strong customer service mindset and good communication skills.

• Available to start work within a short period is preferred.

• Monthly salary: HK$7,000 x 12 months
