Government IT support (T26)

A HKSAR Government Department 

Selected candidates will be assigned to work in government department to support the Live Webcasting and Mobile Device Management Projects

Responsibilities:

• To assist in Training and Technical Services Unit (TTSU) in managing a live webcasting system to cover live media events and on-demand videos;
• To assist to execute a mobile device management (MDM) solution;
• To man the TTSU hotline to answer enquiries about general computer and A/V technical matters and provide on-site trouble shooting;
• To perform any other computer related and administrative duties as assigned by senior officers.
  
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE in 5 subjects and level 2 or above including Chinese and English
• At least 1-2 years of post-qualification relevant in IT support
• Experiences in Window Server and support mobile device
• With willing to learn attitude and good communication skills
