Event Production & Project Specialist

We are seeking a Event Production & Project Specialist to lead the successful delivery of exhibitions, events, interior fitting-out projects, and large-scale experiential initiatives. From the initial concept to final execution, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for leading brands and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Projects from Concept to Completion

• Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including concept development, planning, design, tendering, construction, and final delivery.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Build Strong Client Partnerships

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Understand client objectives and provide strategic project solutions that exceed expectations.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions proactively.

Manage Diverse Project Portfolios

• Deliver a variety of projects, including exhibitions, events, experiential activations, interior fitting-out works, venue refurbishments, and mega sports projects.

• Oversee opening, maintenance, and enhancement projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events, fit-out, construction, experiential marketing, or related industries.

• Experience supporting regional or multinational clients will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
