Assistant Graphic Designer

Assistant Graphic Designer 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to concept development, design and production of marketing materials e.g., layouts, illustrations, digital graphics, social media, and print or online ads

• Ensure all designs and visuals align with established brand guidelines

• Create promotional items, including (but not limited to) posters/e-posters, banners, and digital and print advertisements

• Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to translate requests into clear visual concepts, and to evolve brand and marketing materials over time

• Balance multiple internal requests, prioritize deadlines, and manage daily workflow with a high level of discipline

• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Graphic / Web/ Multimedia Design or related discipline

• At least 1-year relevant experience in working in-house, design studio or advertising agency

• Strong artistic sense, excellent typography, branding, and layout skills

• Creative, proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and HTML5 is an advantage.

• Available immediately or on short notice is highly preferable
