US company specializing in the development and supply of innovative garment trims and heat transfer solutions. Our product range includes heat transfers, tapes, elastics, draw cords, and zipper pullers.
We have our headquarters in Hong Kong, with research and development and laboratory facilities in Hong Kong and China. Our manufacturing network includes sites in Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Shanghai, supported by outsourced production partners in China and Southeast Asia. We also have sales offices in Denmark and Italy, allowing us to serve customers across Asia, North America, and Europe.

Role Mission
You will support the development of garment trims and heat transfer solutions, ensuring products are developed smoothly, accurately, and in line with customer requirements.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing product development activities across multiple customers and product categories. You will work closely with sales teams, overseas vendors, and customers to support the full development process from concept to final approval.
Job Description
Manage daily product development activities for multiple customers and product categories.
Coordinate the development process from concept stage to customer approval.
Work closely with sales teams to support customer needs and project progress.
Provide product knowledge, solutions, and development options to internal teams and customers.
Liaise with overseas vendors and customers throughout the development cycle.
Maintain accurate records and update development information using Microsoft Excel.
Support general product development tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
At least 2 years of experience in product development for garment trims and heat transfer applications.
Good command of English, Chinese, and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well with different parties.
No travel is required.
