Our productsare exported primarily to North America and Europe.
ROLE MISSION
To lead end-to-end project development for hard toy programs, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction from concept through to mass production.
ROLE SUMMARY
You will oversee OEM/ODM project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and serve as the main technical liaison for overseas customers.
This role requires 80–90% presence at the Shenzhen factory and 10–20% time at the Hong Kong office. Candidates can choose to return to Hong Kong on the same day (with daily company shuttle service) or stay in Shenzhen with accommodation and meals provided at the factory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full project lifecycle for hard toy development from concept design to mass production
Review and approve engineering documents, BOMs, EDMs, and technical specifications
Plan and monitor development schedules to ensure smooth handover from design to production
Provide troubleshooting support and advise on cost optimisation, quality improvement, and production efficiency
Collaborate directly with overseas customers, offering technical guidance on design, materials, and manufacturing solutions
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, sourcing) to achieve project milestones, KPIs, and operational targets
Ensure all products comply with international safety standards (ASTM, EN71) and customer requirements
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in product costing, engineering, R&D, and project management within the toys industry (hard toys preferred)
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling design, and mechanical product development
Familiar with international toy safety standards (ASTM, EN71) and regulatory approval processes
Able to communicate confidently and independently with overseas customers in English
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Willing to work 80–90% of time at Shenzhen factory
TERMS & BENEFITS
5-day work week
13 months salary + performance bonus
80-90% time work in Shenzhen factory; with daily company shuttle service (8:30 AM from Lo Wu/Wanggang; 5:30 PM from Shenzhen factory) for same-day return to Hong Kong
