Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, providing check-in and out services and clarify customers’ enquiries in a professional manner

• Conducting regular daily facility check

• Guiding visitors through center's facilities if coaches or managers are unavailable

• Handling reservation and customer complaints, if any

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above

• Fluently speaking both Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) and English

• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude

• Be patient, cheerful personality
