ROLE MISSION 職位使命

• You will lead the Quality Assurance Department and ensure that products meet customer requirements, approved samples, technical specifications, quality standards and compliance requirements.

ROLE SUMMARY 職位概要

• Reporting to the COO of the Shenzhen office, you will lead a Quality Assurance Team of approximately 20 members.

• You will manage the daily operation of the QA Department, including inspection planning, factory audits, quality improvement, problem-solving, staff training and performance reporting.

• You will also work closely with the merchandising team and vendor factories to identify quality risks, agree on corrective actions and monitor improvement results.

• Ensure that the company’s quality policies, systems and procedures are properly followed.

• Plan and control inspection expenses and allocate resources effectively.

• Organise pre-production meetings to review product specifications, approved samples and quality requirements.

• Identify the causes of quality problems found during inspections.

• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for production and quality issues.

• 就生產及品質問題提出糾正及預防措施建議。

• Identify problems affecting merchandise quality and agree on the appropriate action, including re-inspection when required.

• Review and update profiles for existing and potential vendor factories.

• Check vendor compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and Country of Origin requirements.

• Work with local inspectors at factories and conduct random field audits.

• Prepare audit reports and provide quality feedback to management.

• Carry out due-diligence audits of vendor factories when required.

• Develop and deliver training on quality standards, quality-control systems, inspection procedures, production technology and problem-solving.

• Prepare statistical reports and analyse the performance of vendors and factories.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 理想人選

• At least 10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.

• 具備至少10年品質控制或品質保證相關經驗。

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

• 具備至少3至5年管理或督導職位經驗。

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

• 具備英語及普通話溝通能力。

• Experience working in a multinational buying office, sourcing company or international trading organisation.

• 曾於跨國採購辦事處、採購公司或國際貿易機構工作。

• Strong knowledge of home hardline products, such as tableware, cookware, home decoration and seasonal decoration.

• 深入了解家居硬線產品，例如餐具、廚具、家居裝飾品及季節性裝飾品。

• Familiar with international quality standards and the requirements of US and European customers.

• 熟悉國際品質標準，以及美國及歐洲客戶的要求。

• Good understanding of factory inspections, vendor audits, product testing and corrective actions.

• Strong experience in quality improvement, problem-solving and vendor performance management.

• Good analytical and reporting skills, including the use of quality statistics.
