Assistant Medical Claims Officer, TPA (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Claims assessment, input and data upload

• Assist in approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)

• Answer provider enquiry hotline

• Case follow-up or investigation

• Liaise with corporate or insurer on approval and procedure fee

• Administrative support

• Other ad hoc task as assigned
  
  

Job Requirement:

• 2 years or above relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare Industry

• Good PC skills, Self-starter, independent with good communication and analytical thinking

• Familiar with corporate/insurance medical contract arrangement and clinic operation

• Fresh Graduates also welcomed
