Job Responsibilities:
- Claims assessment, input and data upload
- Assist in approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)
- Answer provider enquiry hotline
- Case follow-up or investigation
- Liaise with corporate or insurer on approval and procedure fee
- Administrative support
- Other ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirement:
- 2 years or above relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare Industry
- Good PC skills, Self-starter, independent with good communication and analytical thinking
- Familiar with corporate/insurance medical contract arrangement and clinic operation
- Fresh Graduates also welcomed
