Open Space Development in Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) - Phase 1

RESIDENT SITE STAFF

We are now inviting applicants for the following Resident Site Staff positions for the captioned contract adopting New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) as the form of contract. The captioned contract mainly involves open space works in Waterfront Promenade, Linear Parks and Cycle Park cum Skatepark in Tung Chung East areas. Construction works commenced in April 2025.

Resident Assistant Inspector of Works (RAIOW)

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or equivalent; and

• At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience; or

• At least 5 years' relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor (RWS) or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the Management Handbook; or

• At least 3 years' relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I (RWSI) or equivalent in appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

The candidates should have minimum academic / professional qualification requirements of the above post.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with P&T Architects Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The incumbent may be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to carry out supervision duties in Hong Kong, China or any designated workplace when required.

Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, we may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend recruitment interview.

駐地盤工程人員

我們現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責上述香港政府合約之工程項目, 合約將採用「新工程合約」 第四版（NEC4 ） 工程建造合約（ECC）模式。上述合約主要包括於東涌東地區的海濱長廊、公園網絡及單車公園暨極限運動場進行休憩設施工程。工程項目已於 2025 年 4 月展開。

駐地盤助理工程監督

• 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱理工學院╱香港理工大學╱科技學院╱工業學院╱香港專業教育學院頒發的建造相關學科文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；或持有相關工程學歷；及

• 須在香港中學會考(會考)/香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)在中國語文科和英國語文科取得2級*或以上成績以符合有關職位的語文能力要求, 或同等學歷; 及

• 具有最少三年於取得該等資格後之相關工作經驗; 或

• 具有最少五年相關工作經驗，包括一年在公共工程項目或在“顧問公司直接僱用駐地工地人員的管理手冊”第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤工程監工或同等職位; 或

• 具有最少三年相關工作經驗，包括一年在公共工程項目或在“顧問公司直接僱用駐地工地人員的管理手冊”第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任相關界別的駐地盤一級工程監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗;

[＊備註：在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙）中取得E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同二零零七年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得2級成績。]

聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人，巴馬丹拿建築師事務所有限公司會以合約形式聘請，聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷及經驗而定。受聘人將來可能因應工程需要於香港、中國或任何指定工作場所進行監督工作，可能需要不定時上班、超時工作及輪更工作（當中可能包括於週六，週日及公眾假期）。
