RESIDENT SITE STAFF

We are looking for the following site staff for HKU Capital Development Complex at the Pokfield Road Site (Phase 1, 2 and 3)

RESIDENT CLERK OF WORKS #2 (RCOW-2)

(Contract Period: About 12 months)

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications.

• Min. 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / Min. 5 years’ relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Tentative employment for the above positions is to commence in September 2026 with gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the employment contract.

現在為香港大學蒲飛路新校園(第一，二及三期)項目招聘以下駐地盤人員:

駐地盤工程監督 #2 (RCOW-2)

(合約期: 約12個月)

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格:

• 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港理工學院╱香港理工大學╱香港科技學院╱香港工業學院╱香港專業教育學院之其中一間工業學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書同等資格；

• 8年或以上取得資格後的相關工作經驗, 或5年以上擔任駐地盤工程監督 (RCOW) 或同等公共工程項目經驗；

• 須在香港中學會考(會考) 或香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)在英文運用及中文運用取得2級* 或以上成績以符合有關職位的語文能力要求，或同等學歷。

[*備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 中取獲 E 級成績，會視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲2 級成績。]

僱傭合約暫定由二零二六年九月開始，合約期滿後按表現可獲約滿酬金。
