Our Client, Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Branch Operation Officer in their retail banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations
- Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers
- Ensure daily operation process are following the guidelines and procedures of the bank
- Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail banking operations with at least 1 year at supervisory level.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
