Retail Banking-Personal Banking Manager/ General Banking Manager 25-32K

Our client is a top leading bank, and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of General Banking Manager from all levels to join their banking teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high standard service to Walk-in customer, such as account opening, insurance, mortgage and other general banking service.

• Help clients to articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations 

• Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short- and long-term financial goals

• Achieve agreed key performance indicator objectives and profit growth through the development of existing and new customers relationships

• Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners

Requirements:

• University degree; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with 5 subjects passed

• IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 is a must

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua 

• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills

• If with 1 year Insurance sales experience will be considered as senior role
