Sales & Licensing Executive

Job Description:

1. Mainland China (License business)

l   Work closely with licensees and team members in China in understanding and updating licensing projects

l   Responsible for order processing and documentation between licensees and overseas office

l   Perform monthly sales analysis, data consolidations and maintenance, reports and regular license business reviews

l   Occasionally travel to China

2. Hong Kong / Macau (Wholesale business)

l   Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.

l   Order placement and sales contracts processing by internal system; and shipment follow up with overseas office

l   Filing system and internal database updating and maintenance

l   Visit and deal with customers

l   Coordinate with other departments for daily operation

Requirement:

l   Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience in related position preferably in an international organization environment but not a must

l   Good PC skills

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

l   Strong data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

l   Willing to handle multitask and work in a challenging and dynamic environment

l   Detail-oriented, well organized, proactive and willing to work in a small team

l   Immediate available is preferable
