Our products include EV charging cables, power cords, transformers, wire harnesses and related components. They meet international safety and performance standards for North America, Europe and Asia.
Our main business serves customers in the UK, US, EU and China.

ROLE MISSION
Manage and grow a portfolio of OEM customers. Drive sales growth in power cords, transformers, EV cables, wire harnesses and related electrical products.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an individual contributor role. You will report to the Head of Sales.
You will manage existing OEM customers, identify new business opportunities and support customers from quotation and sampling through to mass production.
You will work closely with internal engineering, production and quality teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
This role offers a direct impact on sales growth and customer portfolio development.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant markets.
Manage the customer onboarding process, including quotation, sampling, project follow-up and mass production.
Work with internal teams to provide suitable product and manufacturing solutions.
Assess customer risks through KYC, credit assessment and market analysis.
Recommend new product ideas and value-added solutions based on customer needs and market trends.
Represent the company professionally with customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
5+ years sales experience in manufacturing, international trading or a related industry.
Experience selling electrical products, components or industrial products is preferred.
Experience with power cords, transformers, EV cables or wire harnesses is an advantage.
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willing to travel occasionally to Dongguan and overseas.
