Account Analyst /Accounting clerk*Fresh graduates are welcome*

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations (e.g. invoice & PO checking, payment transactions, data input and filing)

• Handle payments (processing online banking payments, issuing cheques, expenses claim and reimbursements of petty cash) 

• Assist in month end closing and financial reporting, accounting schedules (e.g. bank reconciliation) and periodic stock take 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience

• Familiar in MS Office applications

• Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage

• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked

• Immediate available is highly preferred
