SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

• Supervise a team of staff to oversee the overall management

• Responsible for the general property management services

• Well-versed in Building Management Ordinance

• Responsible for the general property management services including but not limited to budget preparation, daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety and procurement.

• Supervise a team of staff to oversee the overall management of a portfolio of high-end residential properties

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards

• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions

• Well-versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)

• Experience in managing estates with I.O. /O.C.

• PMSA PMP Tier 1 qualification required and relevant professional qualifications in property management such as MHKIH or MCIH or equivalent is an advantage

• At least 10 years working experience in related field and in similar capacity

• Strong interpersonal skill

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Mature and able to work independently

• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage
