SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK (24K-26K X 13) – trading garment accessories, Hong Kong & China (Kwai Fong)

Role Mission

• To support accurate and timely accounting operations for the Hong Kong office and help maintain smooth accounting coordination with the PRC office.

• You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and the PRC accounting team to ensure accounting records, reports, and daily processes are properly maintained across Hong Kong and mainland China operations.

Role Summary

• Report to the Accounting Manager

• Join a small and supportive accounting team of 3 members in Hong Kong office

• Handle daily accounting duties and assist with full-set accounting work for the Hong Kong office

• Collaborate with the accounting team in the PRC office to ensure PRC accounts run smoothly

• Accompany the Accounting Manager on regular business trips to the Guangdong office, approximately 1-2 times per month

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

• Assist with month-end closing, preparation of schedules, and financial reporting

• Support cash flow monitoring, budget preparation, and management reports

• Coordinate with the PRC accounting team on accounting records, reports, payments, and follow-up matters

• Help ensure PRC accounting activities are completed accurately and in line with company procedures

• Assist the Accounting Manager in reviewing accounting processes and internal controls during Guangdong office visits

• Liaise with internal departments, banks, auditors, and other external parties as required

• Maintain accurate accounting records, filing, and supporting documents

• Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of accounting experience

• Experience gained from a trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred

• Practical exposure to full-set accounting is preferred

• Exposure to PRC accounting is a strong advantage

• Experience in Kingdee, or similar ERP/accounting systems, is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel
