Our production network includes factories in China (1,000 workers) and Southeast Asia (2,000 workers), serving key markets in the USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and other international regions.
ROLE MISSION
To ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting by managing full sets of accounts and supporting the accounting team in day-to-day finance operations.
ROLE SUMMARY
You will join our 3-member Accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Manager.
You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, and support general finance and accounting functions in a fast-paced manufacturing and trading environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle and prepare full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules accurately and on time
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company
Assist in ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by the Accounting Manager
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Diploma in Accounting or above, with LCCI Higher Accounting qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese and English word processing
Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and with good interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
