公司簡介
COMPANY OVERVIEW :
Join a well-established integrated shipping and logistics group with over 40 years of industry experience.
Operating as a ship owner, regional liner feeder operator, and international freight forwarder under one unified group, we deliver comprehensive, asset-based logistics solutions across the region.
Our fleet includes container vessels, barges, tug boats, trucks, port facilities, and container yard depots. We provide end-to-end international freight forwarding services (air and sea), including NVOCC services, cargo consolidation, project cargo, warehousing, and tailored logistics solutions.
With daily feeder services between Hong Kong and Pearl River Delta ports, supported by an extensive overseas agency network, we offer reliable connectivity and seamless operations.

To protect the company's commercial and operational interests by managing all marine hull, machinery, liability, and cargo claims professionally, efficiently, and in full compliance with policy terms and applicable regulations.
ROLE SUMMARY :
You will serve as the central point of contact for all claims-related matters, working closely with operations, commercial teams, underwriters, P&I Clubs, and cargo interests.
You will ensure claims are assessed, negotiated, and settled promptly while minimising financial and reputational risk to the company.
This is an independent role reporting directly to the Director.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage end-to-end marine cargo claims, including losses, damages, shortages, and theft.
Evaluate liability, interpret insurance policy terms, and negotiate settlements with cargo owners, insurers, and freight forwarders.
Coordinate renewal of insurance policies and maintain regular liaison with insurance brokers, underwriters, and cargo insurers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims registers and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide internal guidance to commercial and logistics teams on liability clauses, standard operating procedures, and risk exposure in contracts and bills of lading.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management on claims trends, exposures, and recovery progress.
Work independently and report directly to the Director.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling cargo and/or marine liability claims, preferably within shipping, logistics, or insurance.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, Law, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment on liability and settlement decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through process changes and new workflows.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
TERMS & BENEFITS :
