SENIOR IT OFFICER (30K-40K) - Entertainment, Event & Membership Management Company (Kwun Tong/5 days work)

• As a dynamic and fast-paced organization, we run many internal activities, digital platforms and member-related operations that need reliable, secure and efficient IT support. 

ROLE MISSION

• Be the main in-house IT person for the company. You will keep all IT systems, networks and digital platforms running smoothly and securely, support our web and mobile fan club platforms, and work closely with outsourced IT partners. 

• Your work will ensure stable infrastructure, strong cybersecurity and responsive IT support for a fast-moving entertainment and membership business.

ROLE SUMMARY

• You will be the sole IT staff in the company, responsible for the full range of IT operations of the Company. You will manage servers, networks, security, backups, websites, mobile apps and user support, and act as the key contact for all internal IT matters and external IT vendors. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update the membership club website and mobile app, corporate websites, CRM, live streaming setups and media platform accounts.

• Provide IT helpdesk support to users in local, warehouse and overseas offices.

• Manage servers, VMware, mail server, email security, server room (UPS/cooling), switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs and CCTV.

• Carry out security updates, patches and firewall changes. Perform daily backups and regular disaster recovery testing.

• Track IT assets, handle hardware/software purchases and subscriptions, manage endpoint protection, and renew domains and SSL certificates.

• Work with the event and management team for on-site IT support when needed. Perform IT health checks at executive premises and may work flexible hours when required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 5 to 8 years of IT experience in systems administration, network infrastructure and user support.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, MDaemon, VMware, Veeam Backup, IP networking, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi APs and firewalls.

• Experience supporting multi-site networks, website/app operations, CRM, live streaming, media platforms, and IT inventory and procurement.
