Senior Performance Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach performance-oriented dance classes (Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, K-pop, themed choreography, etc.)

2. Design and lead performance-focused classes to strengthen students’ physical expression and stage confidence

3. Guide and execute demonstration performances, centre events, and external shows

4. Assist with curriculum planning, instructor coordination, and daily teaching quality management

5. Build strong connections with students and convey the confidence and joy that dance brings

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant performing arts discipline

2. Experience in stage performance

3. Management or coordination experience preferred

4. Passion for dance and the stage, with a willingness to integrate performance expertise into fitness dance teaching

5. Strong communication skills, execution ability, and team spirit
