We are looking for the following resident site staff for HKU Capital Development Complex at the Pokfield Road Site.

SENIOR TECHNICAL INSPECTOR
(Contract Period: About 24 months)

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Senior Technical Inspector shall be as follows:

a) A higher certificate or higher diploma holder in Civil / Building / Structural Engineering or related discipline with minimum total relevant working experience of 5 years, or a degree holder in Civil / Building / Structural Engineering or related discipline with minimum total relevant working experience of 2 years.

b)  Competent in inspection and supervision of civil/structural works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection and supervision of civil/structural works for building development projects to ensure quality of workmanship, construction safety and proper management of site records.

• Liaise with relevant parties of different disciplines on site works, contractor interfaces, Government Departments and stakeholders; carry out safety inspections, monitor testing and commissioning and maintain site records.

• Assist in reviewing design submissions and method statements to ensure safe construction, compliance with approved documents and completeness of as-built records.

• Particular experience in construction of deep basement, long-span reinforced concrete and structural steel structures and multi-storey building works.

• Tentative employment for the above positions is to commence in September 2026 with gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the employment contract.

駐地盤高級技術督察
(合約期: 約24個月)

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格:

a) 持有土木、建築、結構工程或相關學科的高級證書或高級文憑，並具備至少5年相關工作經驗；或持有土木、建築、結構工程或相關學科的學位，並具備至少2年相關工作經驗。

b) 具備土木/結構工程的檢查和監督能力。

職責

• 負責建築發展項目中的土木／結構工程進行檢查與監督，以確保施工品質、施工安全及妥善管理工地紀錄；

• 與不同界別的相關各方就現場工程、承建商、政府部門及持份者進行聯絡與協調；執行安全檢查、監督測試與試運行，以及保存工程紀錄。

• 協助審查提交設計的資料及施工方案，以確保施工安全、符合已批准的法定文件，以及竣工記錄的完整性。

• 在深基坑工程、大跨度鋼筋混凝土及鋼結構以及多層建築工程的施工方面擁有豐富經驗。

僱傭合約暫定由二零二六年九月開始，合約期滿後按表現可獲約滿酬金。
