Site Supervisor (MVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out site co-ordination and supervision for MVAC installation, testing, inspection and maintenance works

• Supervise direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards

• Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out efficiently and safely

• Estimate, prepare and control the use of construction materials, equipment and manpower resources

• Prepare site reports, photo records, work schedules and other relevant project documentation

• Assist in monitoring project progress, quality control and site safety performance

• Report to Project Manager and collaborate closely with Project Engineers and the Safety Department

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of site supervision experience in construction works or M&E projects, preferably in MVAC systems

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) licence is preferred

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines

• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Good team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
