Technical Services Manager

Duties

• Act as the round-the-clock emergency contact point and attend emergency incident on site when needed

• Manage and support a shift team of in-house engineers and subcontractor technicians/engineers

• Oversee operations, maintenance issue and technical support of MHS, GSE and all other equipment/facility under Technical Services Department's management

• Participate into assigned projects as a project Leader and/or project team member

Requirements

• Degree holder of Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 6 years relevant working experience, of which 1 year in managerial role with exposure to heavy machinery or automotive equipment or industrial equipment

• Solid experience in subcontractor and project management

• Experience in managing shift engineers will be an advantage

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC and related code and regulation is a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project & AutoCAD

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skill and management skill

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability with good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind
