Welfare Worker –「+ Channel」

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement direct services, including assisting professional staff in conducting therapy groups, parent-teen workshops, and community events.

• Design and organize community programs aimed at promoting harmonious parent-teen and cross-generations communication to the public.

• Gather stories from service users through focus group interviews, photography, and audio/video recording.

• Produce Vlogs and develop websites to effectively disseminate stories related to the enhancement of parent-child communication to the public.

• Perform administrative and service-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Assist in monitoring the daily operations of the service.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or above in Social Media, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 1 year or more of experience in social media production or education is an advantage.

• Initiative-driven, committed, and energetic, with the ability to source and adapt new ideas to improve work quality.

• A strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in AI tools, video production, script-writing, photography, and MS Office applications (such as Excel and Word).
